Our hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory updated in 2014 providing quick results for blood chemistry panels, electrolytes, thyroid function, CBC's, and clotting times. We utilize an outside lab for other tests that may be needed in the diagnosis or followup of your pet's problems. We have an in-house xray machine and utilize gas anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures.
Dr. Thibodeaux performs routine dental cleanings and most tooth extractions, routine spays and neuters, and most soft tissue surgeries. He refers orthopedic surgeries to trusted and experienced surgeons for fracture repairs and other bone and ligament surgeries.
We provide routine wellness care, recommending yearly visits and exams to detect any problems before they become major issues, vaccinations, yearly heartworm tests, as well as year-round heartworm prevention and flea control.
