Dr. Richard Lefebvre, Jr., born and raised in Monroe, followed in the footsteps of his father. Having a lifelong love for animals, he decided to pursue his passion for veterinary medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and went on to graduate from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine with his Doctorate in 2005. Dr. Lefebvre, Jr. has a special interest in internal medicine, particularly diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal, hematological and urological systems. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from the University of Missouri in Biological Science with an emphasis in Veterinary Medicine & Surgery.
