Dr. Karyn Goeckel is the daughter of Jon and Laurie Goeckel. She has one sister, Gwen and a special friend, her Springer Spaniel, Kix. Raised in Baton Rouge, LA, Dr. Goeckel is a 1993 graduate of LSU-SVM where she pledged the Delta Kappa Chapter of Zeta Sorority. Her associations include AVMA, AAHA, LVMA and CVMA.
