Born and raised in Melville, LA. Graduated from LSU with BS in Animal Science in 1985 Studied at LSU-SVM and graduated in 1994. Married to Annette, has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Dr. Artall practiced in Tennessee until December 1995, Sarasota, Florida until July 1997. Purchased Acadia Animal Clinic in July 1997 from Dr. Richard James.
