Adam Young grew up in Abbeville, Louisiana and attended Tulane University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2005. Before attending law school, Adam spent several years working in Louisiana’s state government and on the staff of a United States congressman. Upon graduation, Adam spent several years working for law firms and companies in the Oil & Gas industry in Louisiana, gaining a wealth of business law experience that he has transferred to his own practice. He has represented business clients in a wide range of different circumstances in both Louisiana courts and in United States Federal Courts.
Adam’s legal practice extends beyond merely business law, however. He has substantial experience in bankruptcy law, in which he focuses on complex bankruptcy situations. However, he can assist clients in virtually any bankruptcy or debt negotiation situation. Adam is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Louisiana Bar Association, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing clients in divorce and family law cases, as well as immigration and tax law cases.
